Refund Policy
Globe Toddler's rental cancellation refunds are:
- Up to 7 days before the rental: 90% of the rental value will be refunded. 10% is retained to cover transaction and administration fees.
- From 7 days before up to 72 hours before the rental period begins: 50% of the rental value will be refunded.
- Less than 72 hours before the rental period begins: the rental is charged in full and no refund is due.
Any cancellation is subject to the cancellation terms accepted when the order is confirmed.
