Equipment is cleaned, checked and prepared between rentals. Please check your child's height, weight and developmental stage before booking and always follow the manufacturer's instructions supplied with the equipment.

How do I book equipment?
Choose the products you need, select your rental dates and continue through checkout. Your booking includes the rental dates and the delivery, collection or self-collection option you choose.
What rental periods are available?
Our standard online rental periods are 3, 5, 7, 10, 14, 21 and 28 days. The selected price covers the relevant rental window.
Can you deliver to our holiday accommodation?
Yes. We deliver and collect equipment from accommodation across our normal service area in the central and eastern Algarve. The delivery service is arranged around your booking.
Can you deliver to Faro Airport?
Yes, subject to the delivery arrangements for your booking. Faro Airport is a dedicated delivery area and the current working delivery-and-collection charge is €50.
Can I collect the equipment myself?
Yes. Self-collection and self-return in Tavira are available free of charge.
Are the products cleaned between rentals?
Yes. Equipment is prepared and checked between rentals. Specific cleaning and sanitation procedures may vary by product.
How do I know if a product is suitable for my child?
Suitability varies by product. Each product page gives the key age, height or weight information available for that item. Please check those details before booking and contact us if you are unsure.
What happens if I need to change my dates?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate date changes, subject to equipment availability and the terms that apply to your booking.
